[SOLVED] Help me please !!!

Okay so my specs are
i5 3750
Ddr3 8gb 1600 ram
Gtx 1650 zotac oc
500gb

I build it myself by watching a video but I don’t know the problem. After 2 months I decided to upgrade the processor today. I tried to install a i7 3770k into it and I ended up taking the socket completely out. After I put everything back in . I noticed the socket will not screw in so after hours I decided to give up I turned on my The fans are on but the USB ports won’t work and the hdmi won’t work. And my power supply works. Any one know the problem I have a feeling i must have damaged the motherboard some how. But I don’t know what I did

Yes you probably damaged the motherboard, you can't pull out the CPU socket off the motherboard and just click it back in.
