Question HELP ME

Can someone please help me i just installed a new gpu (gtx 560ti) and it starts up then monitor gets no signal, after 3 times it puts me in the advance start up. startup dosent work i already tried command prompt also i have a i5 2320 so i have intergrated graphics and it works perfect on there but the gameplay is bad. any solution?
