Question Help ! My monitor turns off and fan makes very loud sound

Hello I need help, I purchased this pc from mwave and I have been running into problems with it recently.

After using the pc for a few minutes the monitor turns off?! And I hear the fans running very loudly. To fix it I normally fully turn it off but it continues to happen frequently.

Also sometimes the monitor doesn't turn off but the fans make very loud noises for a few minutes

How to fix it?

Antec EAG pro 650W, I had this pc since 2021 btw

That really sounds like a thermal shutoff to me, the fact its shutting down very quickly suggests the CPU or GPU cooler isnt working properly so booting up the pc causes it to overheat and immediately shut off.
