Motherboard: asrock h310cm-hdv
Ram: Team group 4 gb x 2
SSD/HDD: wd blue 1TB
GPU: rx 570
PSU: aerocool lux 550

Why my pc can't booting, Is the problem at motherboard or another hardware ?,'cause that's when my PC freze I do the hard reset, and I do clear cmos to

Your description is unclear, but the fairly low-quality PSU would be the first culprit to look at.
