[SOLVED] HELP! My PC goes black

My pc goes black when I get demolished on Rocket League (70% of the times) or when I go through Smokes on CSGO, also being close to them FPS go from +300 to 40 (3 smokes and I'm definitely screwed).

If I want to keep playing I have to turn off and turn back on the PC from the PS button

My PC is 4 years old and this this started to happen like 2 or 3 months ago! Pls I don't know what to do!

You might want to look into a reliably built PSU, something from Corsair's TX series or a Seasonic Focus unit to ensure your entire build gets the right amount of power.
