I just cannot seem to find absolutely anyone who would be qualified to resolve this issue. Please help.

Describe the issue: Task manager constantly refreshes, camera trying to reconnect non-stop.
I have been having this issue for a long while now, and its driving me nuts. Mostly i start feeling it when i start up a specific game. Like Elden ring or Metro exodus, when you play the game, it freezes for a moment every second.
The issue is that the camera keeps reconnecting. I have tried fixing the issue several times, every time ending up with a burnout from the overflow of tabs and useless suggestions, and moving on with a make-shift solution of turning on my camera with another application in the background.
Tried every thing except going into bios and disabling the device there, just bec there is no setting for that.
1) If i open the task manager i can see that it constantly refreshing.
2) Through the Eventghost i can see a specific USB device being attached and removed constantly.
3) If i turn on the camera app the issue just vanishes, until i close the camera app! So it stops reconnecting only while its working.
What have you tried already?:
I tried everything - updates, reinstalling drivers, safe boot, changing power settings, EC reset, changing policies, disabling drivers (i swear to god this camera just keeps coming back), and reinstalling windows (which i think i actually did and still had that problem before and after, but its been a while)
I am mb just still hoping that someday i my talk to some one who might actually know what he's doing to give me valid suggestions.
What made me go insane about this issue again is that I've recently tried battlefield 1, and ended up getting a BSOD with Driver_Power_State_Failure from ntoskrnl.exe, and i cant help but shake the feeling that this thing is connected, otherwise i have a new kind of issue, even tho i don't get BSOD playing more intensive games and my pc is pretty stable.
I just have to swallow the issue by turning on the camera in certain games but the BSOD scared me.

I just want to take a pen and this point and break the camera myself if that will help.
Somebody please help, im actually losing my mind here, and i cannot give my pc to a service (not only bec i have a horrible history of having buisness with ones, but also the fact that there are no qualified services where im at)
