I just cannot seem to find absolutely anyone who would be qualified to resolve this issue. Please help.

Model: Lenovo legion 5 17ACH6H, windows 10
Describe the issue: Task manager constantly refreshes, camera trying to reconnect non-stop.
I have been having this issue for a long while now, and its driving me nuts. Mostly i start feeling it when i start up a specific game. Like Elden ring or Metro exodus, when you play the game, it freezes for a moment every second.
The issue is that the camera keeps reconnecting. I have tried fixing the issue several times, every time ending up with a burnout from the overflow of tabs and useless suggestions, and moving on with a make-shift solution of turning on my camera with another application in the background.
Tried every thing except going into bios and disabling the device there, just bec there is no setting for that.
1) If i open the task manager i can see that it constantly refreshing.
2) Through the Eventghost i can see a specific USB device being attached and removed constantly.
3) If i turn on the camera app the issue just vanishes, until i close the camera app! So it stops reconnecting only while its working.

What have you tried already?:
I tried everything - updates, reinstalling drivers, safe boot, changing power settings, EC reset, changing policies, disabling drivers (i swear to god this camera just keeps coming back), and reinstalling windows (which i think i actually did and still had that problem before and after, but its been a while)
I am mb just still hoping that someday i my talk to some one who might actually know what he's doing to give me valid suggestions.
What made me go insane about this issue again is that I've recently tried battlefield 1, and ended up getting a BSOD with Driver_Power_State_Failure from ntoskrnl.exe, and i cant help but shake the feeling that this thing is connected, otherwise i have a new kind of issue, even tho i don't get BSOD playing more intensive games and my pc is pretty stable.
I just have to swallow the issue by turning on the camera in certain games but the BSOD scared me.

On Eventghost two constant messages:
System.DeviceAttached [u'\\\\?\\USB#VID_5986&PID_2137#6&109510f2&0&3#{a5dcbf10-6530-11d2-901f-00c04fb951ed}']
System.DeviceRemoved [u'\\\\?\\USB#VID_5986&PID_2137#6&109510f2&0&3#{a5dcbf10-6530-11d2-901f-00c04fb951ed}']

I just want to take a pen and this point and break the camera myself if that will help.

Somebody please help, im actually losing my mind here, and i cannot give my pc to a service (not only bec i have a horrible history of having buisness with ones, but also the fact that there are no qualified services where im at)

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS information.

Make and model camera? What app(s) are being used for the camera?

= = = =

There are things you can do.

The starting point that I suggest is to look in Reliability History/Monitor for error codes, warnings, and even informational events related to the camera.

Event Viewer can be used in much the same manner but requires more time and effort to navigate and understand.

FYI:

How To - How to use Windows 10 Event Viewer | Tom's Hardware Forum (tomshardware.com)

= = = =

Noted that you have looked in Task Manager.

Another place to look is in Task Manager > Startup. Look for any unknown or unrecognized tasks being launched at startup. No need to immediately do anything - just look for what is there.

Also look in Task Scheduler for something being triggered by a game or other action. Especially any entries that involve the camera and/or some related app.

The objective simply being to look a bit deeper to learn more about what is happening.

My thought being that some game or related app slipped in something that wants to use the camera and keep using it for whatever reasons. Or it simply could be a buggy app or file corruption that is not allowing the camera to shutdown or be disabled. That happens as well.

Ive updated the post with specs.

The BSOD is in fact related, but it happens only with bf1. Unless i keep my camera turned on. Mb it just has sth to do with the way bf1's anticheat is designed that it conflicts so violently with this issue.

Errors. (Note! they are recorded after the pc reboot)
1) The server Windows.Gaming.GameBar.PresenceServer.Internal.PresenceWriter did not register with DCOM within the required timeout.
2) The RasMan service depends on the SstpSvc service which failed to start because of the following error:
The operation completed successfully.
3) The luafv service failed to start due to the following error:
This driver has been blocked from loading

The issue comes up only when i launch a specific game. In this case for ex i use - Metro exodus.

"bf1" being Battlefield 1 - correct?

Source for Battlefield 1 and Metro Exodus?

For the lack of any other immediate ideas try running "dism" and "sfc /scannow".

Objective being to find and fix any problem files.

Another option is to run the built in Windows troubleshooters. The troubleshooters may find and fix something.
