Question HELP: NEEd a new computer for my 4k Video Edit build

Hi,

Im looking into purchasing a new desktop to replace my old laptop. Im not a "computer/build" kinda guy so I went looking at the big box stores and didnt find anything I liked. For the price compared to the big box stores I found this one:

MSI Trident X Plus 9SD-042US High-End Small Form Factor PC Intel Core i7-9700K RTX 2070 Armor 8G OC 16GB 512GB PCIe NVME SSD.

What do you guys think? will it do? This desktop would be primarly used for video editing my 4k videos in premier pro, etc.

We need the full system specs so a link to it would be great. Also, a budget would be nice to help find some alternatives.
