Question Help! - Only certain ports working on 2080ti

Hello,

First time posting, but I can't find the answer I'm looking for anywhere so I figured I'd ask it instead. I got a new PC (specs below) and have two Acer monitors hooked up to it. On my GPU, I have 3 HDMI ports, 3 DP ports, and 1 USB-C port. The only way I'm able to display to my two monitors is through the first HDMI port and the USB-C port. All of the other HDMI ports do not work - even when plugged in individually. I'm positive it's not a cable issue since I'm able to see either display when plugged into HDMI1. Neither of my monitors support DisplayPort so I haven't tested those ports yet.

I'd really like to get a third monitor, but I don't think I'd be able to connect it due to this issue.

I'm open to any workarounds - like a splitter that can extend my desktop and not duplicate the screens - besides an RMA (I really love this card). Thank you so much in advance!!
