Question HELP PC FREEZES AFTER 10-15 SECONDS

My PC is unstable thats why I manually set frequency 3.6ghz and voltage into 1.2. After installing Windows10 I tried making frequency and voltage set to AUTO but now it freezes. If I boot to BIOS its still freezes after 5-10 seconds. I also tried clearing the CMOS, removing the battery and still it freezes after 5-10seconds. I also tried removing 1stick of ram and using only 1 stick but there's no luck. Can you please help me fix the problem?

Asrock B450m Steel Legend (Latest BIOS)
16gb TForce Ram
RTX 2060
Thermaltake Smart SE 630w

Can you go to Safe Mode? Try System Restore

Now my pc wont show display. I tried different PSU but still there's no display. Now I think its a dead CPU or mobo but if its motherboard the lights effect that I sync with rgb is still the same its not reset or whatsoever.
