I've been using my PC for a while, and now i'm having a "bit" of a issue, See. My PC got a BSOD (I didn't see what error it had) and it turned off, it kept doing this till i switched it off through the power supply.
Now when i turn it on, all it does is let that shiny blue light go off for about 10 seconds and then it shuts off, i tried resetting the CMOS as it might have just gotten corrupted. That didn't work at all. Same thing happened. PC specs below.
Intel Pentium 4 G860 [Dual Core]
Gigabyte GA-H61M-S2PV [Rev 2.2]
Allied ATX 350W Switching Power Supply
[Switching from 115V to 230W Set to 230W]
2x 2GB Stick of DDR3 Ram
250GB Seagate Hard Drive
Windows 10 Pro
And uh, that's it.

Solution
I understand that this is an old thread but a few months ago remembering this thread, i realised that previous and naive me was a moron.
As someone who lives within the US, the power supply should not have been set to 230V.
