Question Help please: Computer won't boot into BIOS after power outage

So this morning for some stupid reason they shut off the power on my whole block. My PC was in sleep mode. Went to turn it back on after the power came back on and now it won't even boot to BIOS. I get no image on the screen. Power button still works, all fans and LEDs come on, but it won't boot at all. I've turned it off and on a zillion times and got nothing. Tried holding power button down with it unplugged, nothing. I unplugged all cables, plugged back in, nothing. Opened it up and unplugged and replugged PSU into motherboard, made sure everything was plugged in correctly, unplugged and replugged graphics card in, don't see any visible damage to mobo from the side I was on. Still nothing has worked.

Did you use the SSD for the boot device? If yes, the OS may get corrupted during the power outage.

May test it, like remove the boot device, clear the CMOS by the jumper, boot the PC to see you can boot to the BIOS.

The OS has nothing to do with this because you aren't able to get to the bios splash screen. I agree with clearing the CMOS page 36 in the motherboard's manual:

Re-seat the memory also.
