Help please. High CPU load after resuming sleep.

Ok so I just got my new pc built and everything is running great except 1 thing.

After waking from sleep mode the cpu usage idles at 25% - 30%. Itll stay that way till I reboot.

Any help would be awesome, thanks.

O I meant resuming FROM sleep

Can you use the task manager to see what is taking extra cpu cycles?

I did and it says hardware interrupts is using 25 - 30 of the CPU.
If I restart it goes back down to 0-1. Any ideas?

Easy answer,,,,,turn off hibernation and all power saving modes....most people do...

I've set it to never sleep but I didn't think
that would be good for my fans/parts running 24/7

I own computer shops in the UK and ALL our computers run 24/7 ...running SETI as well...no harm at all....
