(Before you read just know I’m not good with this kinda stuff I’m really dumb when it comes to this stuff)
I need help my pc wouldn’t turn on a couple of days ago but now it does cause I got a new power supply from my dads old broken pc. So my pc turns on but only two of the 4 fans turn on two of them don’t run anymore also I don’t get a display on my monitor anymore even when I plug the hdmi cord into my graphics card or the port that connects to the mother board. I’m probably gonna get it checked out next week it’s just I would like to know if I can fix it without buying new stuff instead of wasting my money on someone telling how to fix It or buy something new instead I can just ask you people

Mother Board - Asus ROG STRIX B460-F GAMING Intel LGA 1200 RGB LED WiFi 6 ATX.
Power Supply - Gigabyte P750GM 750W 80+ Gold.
(^^^^^^^^^^^this is different now don’t know what it is now all I know it’s 1000W instead of 750W)
RAM - Corsair VENGEANCE RGB PRO 32GB (2x16GB) 3600MHz CL18 RGB LED DDR4.
SSD - Samsung 870 QVO 2TB 560MB/s SATA 2.5.
Hard Drive - Seagate IronWolf Pro 6TB 7200 RPM 3.5" SATA NAS.
Graphics Card - Asus GeForce RTX 3070 TUF Gaming OC 8GB GDDR6 RGB LED.
CPU Cooler - Corsair iCUE H100i RGB PRO XT 240mm RGB LED Liquid.
PC CASE - ZXT H510 Tempered Glass Matte White Mid Tower ATX.
CPU - Intel Core i9-10900K.
Monitor - MSI Optix G27CQ4P 27" QHD 165Hz FreeSync Curved Gaming Monitor
