HELP QUICK

hey guys so i just sold a g51vx rx05 to a guy. He started to play games like mass effect and mass effect and saints row 3.

The issue is that after about 10 minutes of gameplay the computer shuts down without warning. I told him to check for overheating, and he says that it is not overheating. This is running windows 7 ultimate.

The only thing is that i never updated the bios when i put windows 7 ultimate on it. My thought is that may be the reason for the mayhem! Please help!

Got to have a lot more info on the subject system than that.

First thing that comes to mind for me is the Over Current Protection kicking in on the Power supply. Could be overheating as well.

Its what happens when you draw more power from the PSU than it can output.
