Im building my rig now, I have a question about the mobo...

after I put the standoff's in and set the motherboard down, they have the screws and washers, but the book says nothing about using washes?

Do I use them with the screws to secure the mobo or can i just use the screws?

I'd only use the washers if it looked like the screws were smaller than the motherboard holes. If you think the washers would get close to any of the components on the motherboard, definitely don't use them. There's no reason leaving them out would ruin anything.

Unless the screw's heads are to small to hold the board to the standoff's don't worry about installing them. If your talking about the felt washers that some motherboards give out don't worry about these either. In general they could be used for sound damping. They really don't help much though from my experince.
