Question Help RTX 4070 AERO no working fans and no display but rgb is on

ASUS TUF B550M-PLUS Wifi

Case: Corsair 4000D Airflow

Old GPU: RX6600XT Gaming OC

My problem: I'm swithing my current Gigabyte RX6600XT OC PRO 8GB for a new RTX 4070 AERO OC 12GB Gigabyte and I'm not getting ANY display.

I've already tried:

• Different PCIE slot
• Flash BIOS
• Updated BIOS
• Installing a nvidia driver but not recognizing the NVIDIA GPU
• DDU
• Reset CMOS

It's weird because everything works alright except the fan and display the RGB works fine and when I try my old GPU it works fine.

Try installing Rivatuner and adjusting the fan curve. If you don't know how to do it properly, you can start by setting it to 100% and seeing if that causes the fans to spin. If not I'd suspect its an issue with the card and you'd have to RMA it.

But the fans is not the only problem. It does not give any kind of display and the Nvidia Drivers does not recognize it...
I've already started the RMA thanks for the help!
