Question HELP! Strange problem with Epic Games Launcher and other apps like Teams

I am uploading a strange problem that I have. I am not sure from where can it be because after reinstall of Epic games and MS Teams I still have the same problem.

8GB RAM
HDD 1 TB

Do you think it can be hardware issue?
