my cousin asked me to upgrade his laptop ram, so i tried to upgrade his pc...
the computer is Lenovo All in One C20-30 (not the touch one)
after i do some research, i find that that pc is using DDR3L 1600MHz
i bought Kingston 4gb for that,
this is what i bought :
Kingston KVR16LS11/4 (4GB)
this is what lenovo had before :
Ramaxel RMT3170MK58F8F-1600 (2GB)

but when using the new RAM, that pc keep randomly freezing, sometime it last for 10 minute, sometime it freeze when boot up.
the sympton when it freeze is there is some random color on my screen, for a reference, try search image in google "tampilan layar artefak"
artefak is what we indonesian call for something like that.
can anyone help me about what should i do? i expect that the problem lies in integrated graphic.

memtest86 single stick (kingston), passed one phase
memtest86 both stick, passed one phase
plug new ram on another laptop, no problem on other laptop.
install latest graphic driver (ver 15. blah blah blah 2020)
when i use older stick, it works fine.
