help upgrading pc

First off a few months back I bought a pc that I intended to be for gaming.. (unfortunately I should have researched building my own) but the pc I got turned out to be not so bad. . But I'd like it to be a bit better, so I am wondering if it's worth upgrading and if so I'm looking for suggestions. . I dont want to spend a fortune.. but would like to be able to run most games at high settings if possible. .

I have an h8-1534

Specs:
Amd six-core fx-6200

10gb ddr3

1.5tb hard drive

Radeon HD 7570

I don't know a ton, so let me know if you need more spec info etc..

upgrade to an 8320 cpu (8350 is just an overclocked 8320) and a 280x gpu or 290x get atleast a 1000w supply or 800

Looking to stay some what cheap.. do you feel the cpu is needed? or could I get away with just a new gpu and supply?

the 8320 is a very powerful cpu for its price you might need it because lots of high end cards will bottleneck the 6200 plus if you wait for Christmas sales you can get the processor just around 118$
