I really don't know why in the last 3 months it is impossible to let my Epson WF-7710 printer on Windows 10 connect
I have posted my configuration many time on this forum
my hub is the TIM HUB+ Executive ZTE H388XF and i used it with the epson many years with no issue. front panel of the epson is working great with wifi signals on excellent ip adress correct
if i scan with wakemeonlan app the addresses epson status is off.

Does the printer have a static IP address?
yes
If so, what IP address was assigned?
192.168.1.5

Run "ipconfig /all" (without quotes) via the Command Prompt.

Copy and paste the full results here.

One possibility being that the hub was reset and may have reverted to its' default settings.
tried many times.now i have restarted the pc after a night and the printer launch last printing. crazy.

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS information.

[Note: If that is what you are referrring to with respect to "I have posted my configuration many time on this forum" you should repost here anyway. Make it easier for those who might respond directly versus requiring or expecting them to go look for your system's specs.]

This hub?

https://www.tim.it/assistenza/assistenza-tecnica/guide-manuali/timhub-plus

Verify that I found the applicable guide.

Does the printer have a static IP address?

If so, what IP address was assigned?

Run "ipconfig /all" (without quotes) via the Command Prompt.

Copy and paste the full results here.

One possibility being that the hub was reset and may have reverted to its' default settings.

Just to be sure: the Epson printer is using wireless connectivity - correct?

Try disabling IPv6. Determine if that makes any difference.

This printer?

https://files.support.epson.com/docid/cpd5/cpd53888.pdf

Check the power and sleep settings presented on physically numbered Pages 33 and 34.

Double check the Wi-Fi setup instructions beginning on Page 47.

Immediate objective being to ensure that the printer is correctly configured.

The next step will be to delve deeper into the wireless network configuration.

.pdf

Are you able to at least view the printer's User Guide/Manual pages online?

If so, do so, and make some notes as necessary. Then go to the printer and check.

Do you have access to the printer's configuration menus? Are you able to directly print out the printer's current configuration settings and/or test pages via some maintenance menu?

If unable to print wirelessly, try a wired connection (USB or Ethernet) to gain access to the printer and make to test and print out configuration changes.

Also: try to post everything in English. Although some things can be worked out by position and/or context doing so can be problematic and lead to errors.

Question:

"to print i have to reinstall driver"

Just to be sure, do you mean the Epson printer drivers - correct? And do you reconfigure the printer each time for wireless connectivity with a fixed/Static IP address?

Are you able to go to the printer and directly print out the management configuration pages?

Where are you getting the drivers? Just because "Epson" may appear in the website name/URL does not mean that the website is truly Epson.

Are you manually downloading, installing, and configuring the drivers? No third party tools or installers.

And also verify that you are are using a wired network PC connected to the router. And that the printer is configured for wireless network connectivity.

Line diagram:

PC [LAN port] ---- Ethernet cable --->[LAN port] Router ~~~wireless ~~~> Epson printer.

Feel free to edit and correct my line diagram as necessary.

In Device Manager: do you see the Epson printer listed? (Ensure that Device Manager > View > Show hidden devices is checked.)

Are there any warnings in Device Manager?

Reference: "i just reinstall the driver, connectivity configuration is a step, and it works till next restart"

Are you being sure to "Ok". "Save". "Approve", or otherwise ensure that your configuration changes are indeed being saved? If not, the printer will revert to its default settings at the next restart.

= = = = =

In Device Manager I see the Espon Copier and Epson Fax. I do not see the Epson Printer.

What are those two devices at 192.168.1.2 and 192.168.1. 18 ?

Is the Epson printer connected to another device via USB? If so, where?

What other devices, if any, use the printer for printing?

The Report is very helpful - take a close look at the report. Especially Page 1.

The report shows what the printer "thinks" its' network world looks like.

Doublecheck the wireless configuration.

Try to match device MACs to IP addresses.

Do you also print to the Epson from the tablet and Android?

And the printer has been assigned and is using the Static IP address of 192.168.1.5 via the router - correct?

The printer page is showing the IP address as being DHCP.

On the router what MAC is associated with 192.168.1.5 (being the printer)?

Per Printer Page 1, I believe that the MAC is 9C:AE:D3:F1:35:2D

The next time the printer fails to print - immediately run the report pages. Mark the pages "PRINTING FAILED".

Reinstall the drivers, reconfigure, and verify that the printer prints just as you have been doing. Use a document that has recently and sucessfully printed.

Just for the record: what configuration changes/entries do you make during the printer driver reinstall process?

If the document prints then again run the report page and mark the pages PRINTING SUCCESSFUL".

Next the difficult part: Carefully compare the report pages item by item and look for what is different or has changed between FAILED and SUCCESSFUL.

Circle anything different.

On Page 1, I noted the "Link Down Counts" being 0 and 39. I would expect, based on the history herein, that the "39" is now a higher value - correct? Meaning that you have had to reinstall the drivers a few more times....

And "IL TEMPIO DEI DANNATI" means (per Google Translator/Italian) "THE TEMPLE OF THE DAMMED".

Is that really your wireless SSID? Not judging - just looking for things that may be astray.

Obviously a lot to do. The printer seems to be losing its' wireless configuration settings.

When you reinstall the drivers you reestablish the correct settings and the printer prints again.

On the printer can you disable the wired connectivity - shown as Enable

Once you can discover what settings are getting altered then the next step is to prevent that from continuing to happen.
