Hello, just looking for some help if anyone can id appreciate it. Pictured here is my pc, Motherboard is a MSI MPG Z690 Force DDR5, it has a Intel I9 13900k processor, GeForce RTX 3080 10gb graphics card, 32gb DDR5 Corsair Dominator 6000mts ram (not pictured), 1k watt Corsair power supply, Corsair iCue H100i Elite 240mm liquid cooler, 2 tb SSD and a 4tb HDD.
Looks like a great build on paper right? When turned down this pc gives me no issue as far as playing games, I always get pretty good frames and high end graphic settings. My main issue is I am not able to run my performance core ratio at default speed. If I do, my pc just loses performance and eventually blue screens. The error codes it shows are never the same. I did some forum jumping earlier in the year and convinced myself that it was a problem with the ram so then I replaced it with the Corsair Dominator DDR5. I still have the same issue. My only solution is I had to download Intel Extreme Tuning and I have to turn down my performance core ratio from 55x (default) to 50x. If I don't that's when I get the blue screens and my pc just runs bad. Every time I restart I have to change the ratios. Does anyone know how to fix this? Maybe something I can tweak in the BIOS? I also know that my ram speeds aren't running at 6000mts either. When I attempted to turn it up to 6000mts I got even more blue screens. At one point it wouldn't let me out of the BIOS without resetting to a previous backup. I am just at a loss. I bought this pc custom from Cyberpower on December 5th 2022 so it should still have plenty of life left in it.
Also posting here because I did not get any answers on reddit so hopefully I can find some here. Thank you to anyone who can help
