Question Help with corsair rm850

I have corsair RM850 CP-9020232-EU white edition. I want to upgrade my gpu from 3070 to 4080. But my psu has only two PCIE designated ports 2(8pins) Question could I use the 600W PCIe 5.0 12VHPWR Type-4 PSU Power Cable to connect my psu and gpu?

It has 5 ports that can be used for CPU and PCI-e. How many ports do you have in use for the CPU?

Either one of the five 8 pin sockets.

Don't use the cable that comes with the GPU. It's a bulky solution that adds extra cables and connectors.
