OK Here is the deal. I have:

XP 2000+ CPU
K7T266 Pro2 MB
GeForce 4 Ti4200
60MB 7200 RPM HD (seagate)
333mghz DDR 256MB Ram
And a nice 400Watt PS Case

The deal is it turns on, but nothing shows up on the screen. I tested the vid card, case, mem, hd, and those all work fine. It must either be my Motherboard or CPU. But the thing is the Vid Car runs when I hit the power, so that means my MB is working right? So it must be the CPU? But I just had the CPU in my last system recently and that worked fine too. Im completely stumped.... Help =D Suggestions!

why live just to die?

unplug everything that is unnecissary including your new 60mb hard drive and see if it will come on...are you getting any errror codes

So easy to fry yet tastes so good...
Silicon: The other, other, other white meat

sounds like a short or bad powersupply

3 386DX-25's...12 volts...glue and some ln2 and a wicked amount of overclocking and you get willamantee minus 36 pins, 33.75 million transistors and a couple hundred mhz... 😎

if it aint redundant...its not enough for me to make toast!

naw more like 1320 watts...that way i can say my psu is 2x larger than yurs...great way to get the grils when they know you have a big psu!

see hwboss what you don't understand is women like stability in a relationship...and your 280 watt standard generic cpu just cannot provide the stability that they wan't...

damn. i new i should have bought atleast 2 vantec 520wt psu. that way that stability would have been there...

...or maybe it was because i spent $100 on a psu that i lost stability.

The customer is not always right.
If they were, they would do my job.

right on big mistake...get a big enough power supply and you are made no joke...
