help with non functioning build

i have narrowed it down to the graphics card. when i install the mobo and test it it runs perfectly fine. thats with the cpu and ram. but as soon as i Intelsat the graphics card pow. no power runs through the system. do you have any suggestions, thanks.

which gpu? there is 2 connector on the gpu to connect?
go in the bios and set the boot option for igp instead of gpu card
