also even google connects to the 4.68.127.210

Surprising you even got a phone number of someone who would talk to you. Most times they will not talk to end consumers only other very large business customers.
well ive called like 10 times today got hung up on like 5 times brightspeed cs is really bad but when i called lumen i got a guy who could help me with my issue but obviously he couldnt because not their server but i some how managed to get someone at brightspeed that could connect me to the right person

That is not surprising. It is highly likely the nearest router to you on your isp/level3 network that connects to other ISP.

If there is a issue in that router it will likely take a very long time to make any change. They likely have to go to many levels of approval from their management. A tiny mistake in a router like that would take down huge parts of the country.

As you've been told upthread, the problem exists within the valorant network. There's absolutely nothing you personally can do about it.

As an aside. In the latest trace the return times for 4.68.127.210 are perfectly acceptable at below 30ms.
I know it's been a couple days but the valorant support team replied to my ticket and is still telling to ask my isp for a reroute or whatever even though I told them I called my isp and one of their guys said their routing is done automatically and they can't change it any advice?

The guy at valorant is a idiot.....or more accurately he is a customer services rep for a game company. If he had the network knowledge to understand what he actually said to do he would likely make 3 or 4 times the money he does a network engineer.
The ISP guy answer is much more accurate.

Go look up what CCIE means. I held that cert for more than 15 years and only let it go when I retired. I am telling you the routing between your ISP and RIOT is fine. There is no problem until it enters the riot network.
There really is nothing your ISP can change that will affect the path inside the riot network. Even if they could the way companies and ISP interconenct is not purely a technically issue. To get changes made they need to get the lawyers involved. Typing the in the commands to actually change routing is the trivial part. When I used to do this type of thing we would scope out the technical change and then hear nothing for 6 months before we got approval to actually do something.

Although you tried a vpn I would try a different one. Try one of the big ones like nord where you have many different data centers to try. Your goal here is to try to get a different path between your house and riots network.

yeah I get that the guy from I talked to from my isp was very knowledgeable compared to the previous people I talked to which is nice. and I'll try another vpn to see if that works thanks for the help

I tried nord and so far no luck

Tracking, but the overhead the VPN brings into the equation is not going to help your network issues.

Is this the only game you play that has performance issues?
it's not a performance issue what so ever I run the launcher then I open valorant and it gets stuck on the first loading screen even though the initial sound plays there is also no pop up saying no connection I've done everything from uninstalling all the files reinstalling, disabling all start up apps except for the ones required to play valorant I've updated drivers. and valorant support says it's a isp issue even though it's not obviously.
