[SOLVED] Help with Troubleshooting

I recently built a system with
ryzen 5 1600
MSI x370 gaming pro carbon
RTX2070
16gb Corsair Vengeance RGB 3600
and an EVGA 650 G3

The other morning the system wouldn't output to the monitor, tried the monitor on my switch and it worked, tried a different cable, and nothing happened, reseated the GPU and the ram, I read online, most people said that the graphics card was the culprit, I had it RMA'd and this morning they informed me that there was nothing wrong with it.

You can try re-seating the CPU, flashing the BIOS.

Not sure if AMD is still doing their free flashing kits, but that might be a way to get another CPU to test with if you don't have access to one.

You really manage to get 3600Mhz memory working? I would certainly try running the stock memory speed and see if that helps.
