HELP~!!!!

i have a creative audigy soundcard. it has an intigrated firewire port. since installing windows xp when i plug my DV cam into there (or any other dv cam for that matter) i get an unknown device (not the camera) it is called: "AV/C SUBUNIT" and it doesn't not have device drivers for this. I was wondering if you had any solutions i've fooled around for hours! as soon as i unplug the camera the unknown device goes away. it is not camera drivers that i need i knwo that for a fact as there really are no firewire dv camera drivers out there

Well then...
Hmm...I'm thinking it's probably an issue with Creative's drivers, try pointing the install to those.

Did you intalled the Driver for XP?

I believe you have to install driver for your DV cam. I have a Panasonic DV cam it require me to install driver for it.
