Does not contain a valid dialog template?
windows will not startup on my old pc. It is stuck in a loop that says windows did not start sucessfully and then it counts down to 30 seconds and then does it again. I have tryed to reboot with f10 and have tryed to reboot in safe mode but it will not do anything but take me to this restore screan with the note above that says IDA_ ETC. Have never had a problem like this before. Has anyone been here before.
