Use these drivers, if they don't work it's an issue with the game...
which at that point you'd either have to contact CodeMasters, upgrade
to WinXP, or buy Toca RaceDriver 2.

I believe those include international languages, but you seem pretty
fluent in english to install them even if they aren't.
