I did a system restore and the computer is now in a blue setup screen that reads "Phoenix- AwardBios CMOS Setup Utility", how do we get out of this screen and into the normal desktop?

You should see a message that states hit Esc to exit. Does this happen every time you reboot? It should not go to the BIOS setup screen unless you hit a key to do so during bootup if there are no issues.
