Question HEVC streaming with an RX 570 ?

I'm using OBS and I can't seem to get the option to stream using the HEVC encoder:

I know my card has HEVC as it does show up in the recording section:

Is this a limitation I am unfamiliar of or is it a bug?
Oh and while at it, may I ask which one is better for streaming; constant or variable bitrate?

Twitch or YouTube? CBR is better for a sustained stream.

Twitch accepts only AVC (H.264). YouTube should accept HEVC.

This was it, thanks! As soon as I selected Youtube (HLS) from the settings it worked!
