I tried Installing all Drivers i disabled fast startup I tried everything but the error still occurs I even tried Installing lighter versions of windows like tiny10 but that still didnt work and i was wondering if this has to do something with the cpu or motherboard? here are the pc Specs

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

Is your prebuilt on the latest BIOS version? As for your installer, where did you source the installer for your OS from? Speaking of installers, again, did you install the OS in offline mode?

500gb SSD
Make and model of your SSD?
For the BIOS version, I dont know how to check if it is the latest version, and for the OS installer I got it from this website https://windowsxlite.com/win10/
and yes all of the tries I did for the windows installation were in offline mode

For the SSD the pc originaly came with a 1 tb hardrive and i found it quiet slow so I bought a cheap SSD from aliexpress from a brand named ACOS and yes if your woundering I did get the same error even with the hardrive.
I also forgot to mention that in all versions of windows the cpu sat idle at 100% usage and it worked just fine in safe mode with networking

Why aren't you using the regular Win 10 installer?

In your BIOS, what SATA mode do you have enabled (IDE, AHCI, RAID)? Should be AHCI.
I did check the SATA mode and it is in AHCI mode, any other cause maybe ? I think i should also mention that I didn't install the windows with a usb stick even once, all the tries I used I relied on installing it using partitions
