Hey, I have an old HP desktop with a gtx 1060 6gb and I want to upgrade my slow i5 3470 to a better processor, don't need to go crazy and used is fine, bout 150 bucks max but less is better. What should I use?

GTX 1060 6GB
Intel Core i5 3470 @ 3.20GHz
16,0GB Dual-Channel DDR3

That said, if I were you, I would just save the $150 towards an entirely new PC as yours is quite outdated at this point and I don't know if this is a worthwhile investment. I don't know if the performance boost the i7-3770k gives you would be good enough to justify the money :)

i also have one of these dreadful board and im curious does it have either a 12v+/g/r/b or molex connections?
trying to run my hyper 212 rgb fan
