Question Hex colors do not match in the desktop info as shown in the image

Hello, I have DesktopInfo app but they display pure colors when set custom and never changes but this didn't happen in my old laptop until I switched to new one.

How can I fix this issue?
Things I tried which didn't work.

• I tried reinstalling the graphics drivers
• Installing another desktop
• Windows Update
• Installed Microsoft C++ redistributable
• Restarting PC
• Removed other applications
• Enabled .NET Framework 3.5 in the Windows features

but this didn't happen in my old laptop until I switched to new one.
What laptop were you working with prior and what laptop did you pick up afterwards? I see you have what should be Dodger Blue's color code #26a1ff. What happens when you use #0000f0 in it's place?

To add, one of your images looks like you took it with your cell phone while the other is a screenshot courtesy of within the OS GUI, those are two different representations.

It's worth mentioning that not all laptops come with the same display and as such, they'll be calibrated differently.
