Question hey guys so i just build a new pc but the problem is when i boot it boots for a split second any suggestions??

hey guys so i just build a new pc but the problem is when i boot it it boot for a split second and then turn off
specs
motherboard : asus rog strix z390 gaming e
ram: 32 gb 3200 gskill
cpu:core i9 9900k
psu: corsair rm1000i
gpu asus rox strix gtx 1080ti

Do you see any display?

I would Reseat your ram and CPU.

Make sure you have plugged the front panel connectors properly. If you for example plugged in PWR LED to the PWR SW it would automatically turn off.
