Question Hi got Ryzen 5 3600 and temps goes to 60 to 80 idle

I got Ryzen 5 3600 and the temps goes from 60 c to 80. I tried to fix speed on fans and cpu ussage, but no sucsess, even the voltage. The voltage still goes to 1.35. I added in be quiet to motherboard, but no imrprovement. Oddly enough it made the temps higher. It always goes up 4000 mhz when i dont even play a demanding game.

we can move forward from there. Also, you should be manipulating voltages in BIOS, not software.
