"daily" isn't the overall time in use.
just an average.
overall means over the course of life, as in it's age.

but, these are very low quality units anyway.
even pushing an RTX 3060 Ti for any amount of time is more than it was intended for.

i wouldn't be surprised if it just cannot handle the load anymore and that shows by crashing the system.

even if it may turn out to not be the actual PSU causing the current problem(s)
you'd be doing yourself a favor by upgrading this thing before it causes any worse damage to connected devices.

Thanks,
Can you recommend me a psu? Also, I will switch to an am5 processor in the future.

Can you recommend me a psu?
there's a lot of nice models available.

the average minimum recommended wattage for the RTX 3060 Ti is ~700w.
if you would also be upgrading your current graphics card anytime you may want to figure that into the wattage you are looking for.

you will need to check your preferred outlet,
figure your current budget,
and name which are available at that location within your price range.

how its 700w for 3060 ti ?
because that is what the manufacturers of the cards state as the average minimum recommended.
from 600-750w.

they have no idea what all components you are running, what type of spikes your personal system suffers, and what peripherals may be connected.
watt calculator websites its like max 500
these sites are mostly bs.
just promoting use to draw site visits for their advertising revenue.
