Question High CPU temperature after upgrade

I recently upgraded my CPU from a i7-12700F to i9-14900KF, and it now reaches 85°C easily and often touches 95-100°C. The i7 never had any issues with temperature and the fans were nice and quiet, but now they are much louder and noticable.
My other specs:
MB: ASUS TUF B760-PLUS D4
GPU: Radeon RX 7900 XTX
PSU: ASUS TUF 850W Gold PSU
AIO: CM ML240L V2 ARGB
RAM: Kingston FURY Beast RGB DDR4 2300Mhz (2x16GB)

Any further insight would be highly appreciated

Locked processor to unlocked processor. If you want similar behavior, set a maximum power limit of 180W like the 12700f had. It should still clock higher and be faster. Just that those chips are designed to run at up to 253W.

Your temps are honestly in line with a lot of other samples. The majority in fact. Better cooling always helps. Your temps are probably not due to a "problem" but are more likely a result of a lack of overall cooling and also cooling configuration. If you have not already, go into the BIOS and make sure that the header for your AIO pump is set to 100%, full time. Because if it's not, all bets are not only off, but they don't even apply.
