Question high CPU temperature at my I7-12700KF

hello guys,can you please tell me if it's normal that my CPU temperature reach 100 Celsius degrees on every core?i think it's not..and i have stutter as well,so maybe this is the cause of it....because my FPS is good,but i have a lot of stutter

Hello guys,so i got a new case and a new cooler and temps are now between 40-60 degrees,But of course stuttering is still there.But at least my CPU is safe now
