Question High CPU usage while gaming

usually when im playing discord, brave and streamlabs are open
i have a 144hz monitor but game doesnt feel right when i set it to 144hz
new ssd is coming and upgrading the ram , should that solve it or the problem is deeper than that?

What is exactly your question?

Brave taking 20% of your CPU seems high what are in them tabs? I'll have a ton of chrome TABS open and it don't take much CPU for me. (but I"m on a different cpu)

with my specs should i even hit 100% cpu usage, or is this bottlenecking? should i upgrade my cpu? when running a game my cpu usage is 100 and gpu is around ~50%? not sure where to start as this is the first time trying to fix this problem

Are you happy with your gameplay frame rates? If so you can wait on upgrading.

If you upgrade you will get more FPS, but is that worth the money?

so while gaming & streaming, having my cpu at 100% usage while my gpu is around 50% usage is totally fine? and im not happy with the frames i should be able to at least push 144fps with these specs or am i wrong?
