[SOLVED] High dedicated GPU memory usage

Hi , My graphic card is NVidia RTX 3070. I am trying to run a Convolutional Neural Network using CUDA and python . However , I got OOM exception , which is out of memory exception for my GPU . So , I went to task manger to see that the GPU usage is low , however , the dedicated memory usage is very high ( around 7.5/8 GB) without gaming or anything. Is that normal ? If not , How would I find the processes that are consuming my GPU memory ? Here is a screenshots from my Task manger : https://ibb.co/6B163bj .

on the Processes tab right-click on the column titles and add "GPU" to the columns.
now you can see exactly what processes are using the GPU.
