The testing I've done, depending on the game, can show up to almost a 30 FPS difference going from 2133 to 3200mhz. And if it isn't having higher FPS at the very least it'll minimalize FPS dips as far as frequency and how drastic they are.

Unfortunately I don't have R6 Siege but if there's someone on here who has it and a Ryzen system/fast memory they could disable XMP/AXMP and find out the difference.

R6 siege and 1920x1080
fps doesnt seem to change with settings i should be getting way higher fps as i have a friend who plays with similar specs and gets over 200 so it must be a setting or driver somewhere but i have lit tried everything from bios updates, chipset updates, graphics card driver remove clean install and more but nothing seems to be working

also i have a friend who has a very similar system but gets 200+ fps with this card but only 8gb of ram although it may be faster ram

1000 Series Ryzen don't have the improved memory controller of the 2000 Series and later. The official supported speed with 2 DIMMs is 2666MHz.
Ryzen 7 1800X
(see Memory Configurations table)

The copy n paste from speccy shows Unknown memory which means the memory is still running at a conservative SPD (Serial Presence Detect) of 2133MHZ, or you bought 2133MHz memory, or you don't know what you bought for memory.

my ram sticks do say 2133mhz on the side of them

im just being told by a third party that ram wouldn't cause my fps to be as low as it is

you can see me frustrations as i dont really want to be forking out extra cash for new MB and RAM if its not the problem

No. There can be many reasons why 1 or more cores/threads are at 100% but without knowing if they are it’s a waste of time investigating. I’m asking for information so we can help you.
all cores were running at 100% when checked in resource monitor while playing game

Hey Guys sorry for the late reply been busy! Also thank you to everyone for your help so far ! I have discovered that my XMP mode in Bios was disabled and is now set to profile 1, which has gave me a fps boost but is still fluctuating alot. So i have ordered 16gb 3200Mhz Ram and I will be putting into the system tomos (Monday 16th) to test the ram theory that WildCard999 Came up with !
In the mean time any other advice is appreciated I will update when testing the new ram tomos ! :) Cheers !

That's rather high. More so if that's an idle reading. You should look at your cooling. If your cpu is thermal throttling that could be another issue.
that was while running a game buddy also i think the amd ryzen chips actually appear higher in temp then they actually are! as i have AMD ryzen master programme where it shows the true temp which is normaly 20 degrees lower !"
