[SOLVED] High memory usage when idling after playing a game

So I noticed that I get roughly 85% memory usage of my 16gb (2x8) DDR4 ram that is overclocked to 2666Mhz when gaming with most titles, But what bothers me the most is after I close the game I get roughly 55%-70% RAM usage even when idling.

the link is to the image of both my resource monitor and task manager. Could it be my overclock that is causing the issue? Any help would be much appreciated.

My Service Host services take at most 11 megs. Most are 1-4 megs. So something is wrong there.
I would check for virus and malware.

So I ran an antivirus check twice, 1 file was detected and it was deleted. I also ran CCleaners registry scan and it found 640 registry issues. I fixed them all but this still hasn't fixed my issue, it just seems that whenever I do anything like open google or something like that it just increases the usage almost like it's storing the process'. Here's an updated image which is straight after a PC reset and all the fixes i just said

I'm running overclocked so I doubt it is that.
Run MalwareBytes or similar too. https://www.malwarebytes.com Top right, FREE DOWNLOAD.
And Chrome is a memoryhog so that is no surprise.

I guess I owe you a sincere thank you, I will keep you posted to see if it has changed anything
