Hi, I just upgraded my pc components because I had some trouble with the cpu and memory usage on my pc. They were always at 95-100%. Now with the new components I had no issues in the beginning , but since yesterday the memory usage has been at 95% even when idle and only listening to spotify. I tried closing all background programs and even then the usage was at 80-90%. Any suggestions for what could work?

My components:
cpu: ryzen 5 3600
mobo: msi b450 tomahawk max
ram: corsair vengeance 16 gb 2666 mhz ddr4
cpu cooler: be quiet dark rock pro 4
gpu: gigabyte gtx 1050ti oc
256gb samsung ssd
1tb wd blue hdd

The previous things i had before the upgrade:
cpu: i7 2600k
mobo: asus p67 sabertooth
ram: kingston 16gb 1666mhz ddr3
cpu cooler: scythe katana 3 (cpu cooler)

Edit; my pc just crashed after being in a discord call, listening to spotify and playing minecraft, nothing else. Right now looking at task manager the memory usage is at 25% so I think I fixed it by accident.
