This is the voltages of my CPU, which randomly spikes to those numbers. I'm not sure why they go to that, or if they are safe to run daily.

Some information is that I have expo enabled, running at 6000mhz and the curve optimizer is at all core -30.
here are the specs:

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D

Motherboard: ASUS PRIME B650M-A WIFI II

Ram: Kingston FURY Beast White 32GB

PSU: Corsair RM750e 750W Power Supply

Images 1 and 3 are the default bios settings and the second is the expo, and curve optimizer enabled. I'm not entirely sure if these voltages are fine or if I should limit them in the bios.

EDIT: I believe it was the expo setting since before when I had expo enabled, my PC at the back near the motherboard was making a buzz-ish zap noise and when I disabled it, the noise stopped. So the voltages are back to normal when i disable expo.

Are you referring to Vcore ? Up to 1.25v if you can cool it.
What is your cooler ?
