Will higher hertz damage my monitor and is is safe for me (i have no problems with flashing lights or anything that i know of).

strangestranger Splendid Jan 31, 2006 4,675 0 22,860 Feb 8, 2007 #2 what monitor, if it is LCD you don't need to adjust the refresh rate as it will do damn all. a crt of course is different and you shouldn't really push it more than it is rated to go. however, the higher hertz is better for your eyes.
