both are good accept the latter comes with a extra fan at the front

im prolly gonna o.c like a 2600k on a nzxt havik 140 cooler so sohould i go with th first knight k63 since it has the extra fan in the front

The extra fan is not going to make a difference for your overclock, select the case you like better.
