Question holding any button in games makes it like pressing it multiple times

Hello everyone,
while playing any game by holding the "w" button to move my character walkes step by step as if I was pressing w so many time so fast. same when I hold any other key (not just w).
I know its nothing wrong with my pc because everything was fine until I installed a new ssd. I did a clean windows installation and graphic driver is uptodate. I dont know how to solve this problem because I dont even know what's causing it. please help

I dont see how that could solve my problem. maybe you miss understood. for example by holding tab the scroreboard flicker on and off as if I was tapping tab veryfast instead of holding it
