Jesus, dude just plain OMFG, like, wow, i don't even know where to start.

First off your my new hero, step aside super man, second your ingenuity/knowledge makes me want to throw up, you should be working for MIT or some ***, anyways amazing build love it, with the 9600gt you can volt mod it, temp is the only limiting factor for me right now, i volt mod it while i keep my 8800gt's stock. I cant help but smile at every thing you have done here. GREAT job keep it up. Look up Bio's mod for your 9600gt, use, Nibitor+NVflash in your searches. Im getting 20+ fps boots in Fallout3 with overclocking+Vmod on my 8600gt.

Question: I can see that your useing acrylic and copper for your water blocks, what kind of adhesive? Thermal Epoxy?

I would have thought with your creativity you would have used pantyhose as a fan dust filter, because I heard those work well.

Nice rig man! Great temps especially for India :sol: . Pretty hot over there.

I have used Industrial Epoxy Glue, got it from my friend.

Ones bonded you need hammer to break two surface apart.
I have first tested it by joining small piece of acrylic to a copper sheet, let for about 24 hours. Then trieds to get them apart. Acrylic piece broked into small peice but did'nt came out. I have to fil the copper surface to remove the remains of acrylic.

Since water is there to cool it down so no worry about heat.

Teated this Epoxy glue in past Cpu waterblock, still running fine at my friends house.
You can see my very first block made from Aluminium and acrylic glued with this epoxy, still running nothing no leak or galvanic corrosion

^Testing the pump/res (The pump is inside the res; the red sandwich box). The block still needs work, and held by clamps. The rad has copper lining inside so galvanic corrosion is not a problem. Cost so far: $25 (excluding tools). Not bad eh? Wish it was a DC pump, but oh well. Rated at 130 GPM (~10 Gallons per second). Everything is epoxied using JB Weld.

Any comments OP?

Still working on the mid plate that will contain some jets.

No worries, but your using lab info, real world don't count. Just watch it, have fun.

You come to USA for job etc, PM me, I'll buy ya a bigg assed USA steak and potatoes for your amazing ingenuity. LOL, if you do come you probably got a great job and can buy me one. Keep using your brain, your one of a few million in India, but the only who posts here. India has more honor school students than the USA has students.

The USA controls how much $$ of the worlds economy? Because we allowed anyone to become great.

Keep peeps happy, keep basic services, but mainly, never ever hold back progress no matter skin color or bloodlines.

I'm proud the USA gave Obama the worst job, the most important job to a black guy. He's way smart and he's doing a great job. He misses grogery shopping with his wife. He's what we need, smart as heck and in touch. Are you what India needs?

Brains. Personality. Perfect stained workbench.

Keep up the hard work rakesh. Your special to us here.

Thanks Mr.Conumdrum
Your words about me was realy heart touching. It is a real honor for me.

If i get a chance to Visit USA, definitely will meet you sir.

Also Thanks Everyone for repling.

Great Work Mr.Shadow703793.
Mill some channel in copper place.
Rad is super. If i am right this type of rad is used in car aircondi. ( is this one of them).
Waiting for finished block.

You can also use heatercores from cars/trucks, they are very similar in design to most PC rads but without the refinement specifically for computer water cooling. Flush with plenty of water first...they sometimes have solder or flux that wouldn't be as detrimental to a car cooling system as it would a small pump.

Shadow...I wholly agree. Typically, your regular car rad isn't going to perform as well because of how the channels are set up; they are much larger for a lot more faster moving coolant than even a heatercore. With the heatercore, the channels are much more narrow and allow more surface area to be in contact with a lower flow of coolant. I think Tom's did a comparison on a car radiator vs watercooling rads. Let me see if I can find it...

With request from many members from diffrent forums about galvanic reaction in my VGA block. I have removed my GFX block and now working on full copper block , till then
Some New updates
1.
New PUMP gift from a DIY fan from Goa, India ...Cool AC 220V Pump. New tubes and a drain outlet tube added with a T- joint . SMPS also modded with a relay base switch for pump, so pump starts and shut down automatically with PC.

Two Seagate 500 GB 32MB buffer Sata HDD in RAID0..
A recognizable difference in system Speed. Now i believe that RAID do works.

It's a Old P3 compaq server SMPS. Sticker show a max rating of 200 Watts.

Can 200Watt run an OC Phenom + Mobo + OC RAM , two optical driver, two HDD, HD4850, Wifi card, Creative Sound card V-modded, All LEDs and FANS........HELL no ....So truth is that . i am using just the body of comaq PSU Cos it's huge. Huge enough to hold Two Delta 450Watts Smps Circuit Boards face down inside.
One powers only MOBO and other powers all other parts...
So total of 900Watts.

Every one will ask why two Delta SMPS not one PSu.
Answer... Got in spare three nice Delta 450W SMPS replacement Circuit boards .

So why to spend on new Single PSU.
Working fine since i made this Cabinet.

this is the pic of the delta 450 watts SMPS. Mind i only had replacement circuit board for this PSU
